Property Adjustment & Investigation Service Standards

Insured will be contacted same day as assignment received
Appointment will be scheduled with the insured with 48 hours of receipt of assignment
Acknowledgement of assignments with adjusters name
Initial reports will be electronically sent or mailed to the client within 10 business days with a status report every 20 days
Services included
